Broomfitters is proud to announce that the proceeds from the Grand National Curling Club's new club shop resulted in a $1,735 donation to RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual abuse organization

The Grand National Curling Club is a non-profit organization that promotes the sport of curling in the United States. It was founded in 1867 and is the oldest curling organization in the country. The organization has a long history of supporting charitable causes, and this donation to RAINN is just the latest example of its commitment to giving back to the community.

RAINN provides support to survivors of sexual assault and works to prevent sexual violence. The organization operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline, which provides free, confidential support to survivors 24/7. RAINN also works to improve public policy and raise awareness about sexual violence.

"We are proud to support RAINN and the important work they do," said Than Tibbetts, owner of Broomfitters. "We believe it is important to do our part to help sexual abuse survivors and prevent future incidents. We are grateful to GNCC members who have made this donation possible."

The Grand National Curling Club partnered with Broomfitters in 2022 to help the GNCC build a line of merchandise through the club shop program. A portion of the proceeds from each sale going forward will help support the organization's charitable efforts.
